The current research aimed to examine the mediating role of workplace alienation (WA) on the relationship between workplace loneliness (WL), workplace ostracism (WO) and nurse's turnover intention (TI) at the Governmental hospitals in Qalyubia Governorate. Our research began with a theoretical background, hypotheses development and formulating four hypotheses. A field study was then conducted using a sample of 319 nursing staff at the Governmental hospitals in Qalyubia Governorate. Collected data was performed through structure equation modeling by using SPSS 26 and AMOS 20 to test the proposed hypothesis. AMOS is a multivariate data analysis technique widely used in social science research. Our results stated that there was a direct effect between WL, WO and WA on TI. Also, WA partially mediated the impact of WL and WO on TI between nurses at the Governmental hospitals in Qalyubia Governorate. Our significant recommendation was solving problems in a short time, accepting suggestions and complaints. Focus on the participation of nurses to determine flexible working times.
